The fee payable here will range from around 2% of the purchase price up. The fee here depends upon whether or not the property is to be used as an investment property or a owner occupier home.

When people look at buying an owner occupier property there is generally a lot more work done by the Advocate as we are not just looking for a property that makes sense financially we also need to find a property that tugs at the client's heart strings.
