I/We acknowledge that:

1. The Referrer disclosed to me that the referrer may be paid a fee as a result of referring me to Australian Property Investor.
2. I/we understand that the Australian Property Investor will pay to the Referrer or to an associate of the Referrer a fee for each property that I/we purchase from Australian Property Investor Real Estate.
3. This fee is to be made by two equal payments. The first upon the purchase of Australian Property Investor Property becoming unconditional and the balance on the settlement of the sale of the property.
4. The Referral Fee shall amount to 20%-30% of the total commission received by API
